Are there any limits to using the Hexagon Prepaid Mastercard?

Like most prepaid cards, you cannot use this to withdraw cash, but you are able to use the card to purchase online or in-store anywhere in the world (subject to conversion charges). There are also daily spend and upload limits which can be available upon request.
What customer services are there available?

A LiveChat and phone service operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Alternatively, there is an e-mail address for less urgent queries.
How do I know if I’m eligible for a Hexagon card?

How long will it take to get my card?

Our prepaid cards arrive quickly. The card should take around 7-10 days from your application being accepted, but we always endeavour to get this done quicker. Hexagon cards are sent out by Royal Mail 1st Class Postage.
