Like most prepaid cards, you cannot use this to withdraw cash, but you are able to use the card to purchase online or in-store anywhere in the world (subject to conversion charges). There are also daily spend and upload limits which can be available upon request.

Our prepaid cards arrive quickly. The card should take around 7-10 days from your application being accepted, but we always endeavour to get this done quicker. Hexagon cards are sent out by Royal Mail 1st Class Postage.

You can request to view your PIN under the 'Manage Card' section of the portal.
No, you cannot change your card PIN but you can view it under the 'Manage Card' section of the portal.
You can see your transactions by month via the ‘Manage Card’ section of the portal. However, if you want to obtain a statement, please contact customer services and this can be provided.
